This project strengthens the well-being, stability, and social integration of migrant families and vulnerable groups living along the border of Loei Province, an area marked by poverty, limited educational access, harsh climate conditions, and complex political and economic pressures. By providing socio-pastoral services, outreach, and support networks across four districts, this initiative responds to urgent needs in healthcare, education, legal awareness, mental-health support, and safe living conditions. Daughters of Charity, together with local partners, support migrant workers, parents, caregivers of persons with mental and behavioral disabilities, and hundreds of children and youth, by helping them overcome barriers caused by displacement, family violence, unemployment, and social marginalization.
