This project aims to reduce youth unemployment and improve living conditions in the Bon Sécours agricultural area by training young people to produce and fire bricks using local termite mound soil. Building on past success—where bricks were used to construct health center facilities, homes, and a conference hall—the initiative provides practical skills and income while contributing to community development. Led by the local Daughters of Charity Sisters, the project empowers youth to become self-reliant and train others, creating a sustainable cycle of employment and infrastructure improvement.
