This project will target school dropout rates in Loíza by offering music education to children and adolescents providing them with an opportunity to learn a musical instrument. This initiative seeks to engage students in a positive extracurricular activity, promoting academic persistence and reducing the risk of delinquency. The project will serve 25-30 low-income children, aged 4-18, by providing scholarships for music lessons, which are otherwise unaffordable for their families.
