The Immaculate Conception of Mary Health Centre in Ghana lacks adequate fencing, resulting in security risks, animal grazing, trespassing, and improper waste disposal that compromise WASH facility maintenance. This project will construct a secure fence with concrete base, reinforced pillars, and lockable access gates around the entire facility. The fence will protect vulnerable patients and healthcare resources, directly benefiting 11,500 people from Logre and ten surrounding rural communities who rely on this critical healthcare facility.
