This project provides HIV Outreach Services which help to reach missing clients, enlighten the treatment team to critical information about family living conditions, and to provide critical care to patients in the community. DREAM patients who stay far from the center get their medicines in the mobile clinic visit as well. This outreach program is an essential factor in the ongoing success of the DREAM Center’s treatment protocol.
